Inviting new users
You did it! It’s almost time to invite all your users to the application.
But first things first! Before you can invite users to WOCAS®, you have to create them in the system. This is possible in the role of Champ+.
To create a new user, go to Administration > Users > New User.


Or, much easier, go to User list and use the Excel upload option:

To send an invitation e-mail to the users:
- Go to Administration > Users > User List.
- Filter the list by Invitation status: New.
- Check the top left checkbox to select all filtered users.
- Click the three staggered dots and click Invite… to create a mass invitation.
In this overview you can also see how many users are still available in your current license package. You can also edit individual users at any time. Deactivation (-) or reactivation (+) is possible via “status”.
